General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h2>\n

This website is the exclusive property of \u00ab Elb\u00e9 Editions \u00bb, including all associated rights. Any reproduction, partial or complete, requires prior authorization from the owner. However, no specific permission is needed to create hyperlinks to the website. <\/p>\n\n

It is important to note that Elb\u00e9 Editions may modify or remove sections of the website at any time without incurring liability towards customers for these changes. Elb\u00e9 Editions also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in the future, without the obligation to inform customers directly. Placing an order after such changes will constitute acceptance of them. <\/p>\n\n

The contract between the customer and Elb\u00e9 Editions will be formed once the order is processed and shipped. By placing an order on the site, the customer guarantees: : \u2013 that they are of legal age and legally capable of entering into a contract. \u2013 that the information provided during registration is correct and complete. \u2013 that they are not using a fictitious name or someone else\u2019s name, whether individual or corporate, without prior authorization. <\/p>\n\n

    The customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions of sale at the time of placing the order and expressly declares acceptance without reservation. Therefore, the customer acknowledges having read the terms and conditions before proceeding with the order. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between \u00ab Elb\u00e9 Editions \u00bb and its customer, with both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms and conditions will prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, except in the case of prior, express, and written agreement. <\/p>\n\n

      The illustrations of the products presented are not contractual. In the event of errors or defects, \u00ab Elb\u00e9 Editions \u00bb cannot be held liable. <\/p>\n\n

      1. Orders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        The customer\u2019s validation of the order constitutes proof of acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. \u00ab Elb\u00e9 Editions \u00bb confirms receipt of the order at the email address provided by the customer. The sale is considered concluded only after confirmation of the order. \u00ab Elb\u00e9 Editions \u00bb reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with an existing payment dispute on a previous order. The information provided by the buyer during the order serves as the basis for processing: any error in the delivery details releases \u00ab Elb\u00e9 Editions \u00bb from any liability in the event of delivery to an incorrect address. <\/p>\n\n

        1. Delivery<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          Deliveries are made to the address specified during the order as the \u201cdelivery address\u201d (which may differ from the billing address) and are expected within a maximum of ten (10) working days for deliveries in Paris or the Paris region. For deliveries within metropolitan France or internationally, the timeframe is that indicated on the delivery method validation page. Delivery fees are also specified on this page. <\/p>\n\n

          Delivery times are provided as an estimate. If delivery has not occurred within thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be canceled, and the buyer reimbursed. \u00ab Elb\u00e9 Editions \u00bb can provide the package tracking number by email upon simple request at contact@elbe-editions.com<\/a>. The goods are shipped at the recipient\u2019s risk. In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the products under the established conditions. <\/p>\n\n

          To ensure these deadlines are met, the Customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (including: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and\/or intercom numbers, etc.). In the event of an order for a temporarily out-of-stock product, the deadlines will be extended depending on the restocking time communicated. <\/p>\n\n

          In the case of non-delivery within the specified timeframe, and as long as delivery has not taken place, the User may cancel the order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by other written means addressed to Elb\u00e9 Editions. The contract will be considered terminated upon receipt by Elb\u00e9 Editions of this notice of termination.
